The parts were fine and arrived in a few days. But the cost of the shipping was way to high for what was shipped.

We understand that shipping costs can be high. Our store specializes in larger orders, and as a result, we exclusively use FedEx. Your order contained six feet of cable and a couple of miscellaneous tools. Since FedEx primarily caters to businesses rather than home deliveries, their shipping fees are higher. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. We would lower the rates if we could.
